Our Transition as Transformation workshop is a reflective, technology-free, two-day retreat designed to help us regain our peace of mind through the practice of Self-Care and mindful Self-Compassion.

This hands-on program works with horses to introduce a set of easy-to-use life tools designed to help people feeling disengaged, tossed about by change, or displaced by our rapidly shifting society.
The workshop integrates The Epona Approach with evidence-based, scientific research that provides insights into how we experience, process, and respond to our emotional landscape. Unlike many seminars, the workshop is not lecture based. The concepts are experienced first-hand, immersed in our natural world through ground-based exercises with the horses. No previous horsemanship experience is required to attend.
