Special Event lodging accommodation have been arranged at area hotels. Our Host hotel is the Hampton Inn, Battlefield Parkway Ringgold, Georgia, $99 706935-4800 and its sister company Country Hearth Inn, East Ridge, Tennessee, $69, $79, $89 will be handling their over flow.

Please mention R.A.D. when making your reservations at our host or any area hotel.

On Thursday evening August 26, at 6:30 we are holding a Meet N Greet with all three clinicians and dinner is included. The cost is $30 and the menu is as follows:

Entree -Steak, Chicken or Pasts Trio Choose one or choose two for $10 up charge
Salad, potato bar, rolls, beverage, and dessert

R.A.D. gates open daily at 7:00am with the event starting each morning at 8:30am.

You can go on line to purchase all general admission gate passes - children 12 and under are free - one day pass $10 each dayon-line or walk up or 3 day pass for $25On line only. Craig Cameron's Itinerary: each demo/work session with you and your horse is 55min and $80 each - limit 10 each demo

Fri: begin 9am - stopping, 10am - control of head and neck, 11am - shoulder control, noon - hind quarters, 12:55-1:35 lunch, 1:35-1:55 Meet N Greet, 2pm - Extreme Cowboy Race

Friday evening 7pm-Clinician St Jude Benefit Extreme Race

Sat: begin 9am - backing, 10am - spins, 11am - side-passing, noon - lead changes, 12:55-1:35 lunch, 1:35-1:55 Meet N Greet, 2pm - Extreme Cowboy Race
Sun: 8am - Cowboy church, 9am - Extreme Race finals

Chase Dodd's Itinerary: each demo/work session with you and your horse is 55min and $80 each - limit 5 each demo Chase will schedule participants together based on needs/goals example - rearing, biting, standing for farrier, pulling back, clipping, loading, difficulty teaching the side-pass, backing, spins.

Colt Starting will be in 30 min increments-$300-limit 1 horse for the entire weekend

Fri: begin 9am-9:30am- colt starting, 9:30am - participant driven - trouble shooting, 10:30 - colt starting continued, 11am - participant driven - trouble shooting, 12 - colt starting continued, 12:30-1:30 lunch, 1:30-1:55

Sat: begin 9am-9:30am- colt starting, 9:30am - participant driven - trouble shooting, 10:30 - colt starting continued, 11am - participant driven - trouble shooting, 12 - colt starting continued, 12:30-1:30 lunch, 1:30-1:55 Meet N Greet, 2pm - Extreme Cowboy Race
Sun: 8am - Cowboy church, 9am - Extreme Race finals, 2pm - colt starting continued, 3pm - Questions/answers for spectators and participants.

Extreme Race: We are running 4 divisions: Novice, Non-pro, Ride Smart and Pro. beginning at 2pm daily. Fees are as follows: Novice-$110 Non-pro-$120 Ride Smart-$120 Pro-$130. These fees do include the point tracking and insurance for EXCA members. This is going to be a three day race as this event is more of an equine expo. We will run 1/2 of each division on Friday, the other 1/2 on sat and then bring back the top competitors for each division for finals Sunday morning. 50 payback

Friday evening there will be a St Jude benefit Clinician Extreme Race and the audience are the judges Each of these clinicians are on top of their game and very competitive....no telling what they will do in the free style part to one up the others....Sure to be the must see Extreme Race of all races - The winner of-course gets a RAD Buckle and bragging rights

Saturday evening Catoosa County Saddle Club will hold a St Jude benefit open horse show with $200 added monies to specialty classes. This show begins at 5pm and anyone can join in on the fun...unless you run the Extreme race that evening - we can try to make arrangements for one to run on Friday if we know they are participating in the Saddle club show.

Other info: there will be a kids coral free, food, shopping, entertainment, silent auction,...too much to list.

We also offer portable stalling corral panels $5.00/night - not under cover, shavings will be available for purchase, ATM on site, Ice, and other accommodation we will try to arrange on an as need basis.

Do you have an RV or living quarters horse trailer We have accommodations on-site or at local campgrounds. Please note how many amps you need and will you need water If you are self contained, no worries, we have plenty of room, just need you to register. We do allow portable stall for horses on your site. We do not have a septic station, but do have a pump truck $15 coming in on Sat and Sun or you can dump at the KOA12 min drive for $20. Site fees are per night: self-contained $10, one utility $15, two utilities $20.

Please note, as a participant in any clinic/demo/race, all sales are non-refundable, but are transferable, given 14 days notice prior to event date of August 26, 2010.

Stallions are not allowed in any clinic or demo, but are welcome in the Extreme Race. Please be aware your stallion will be housed separately from all other horses and other stallions. Must be 18yrs or older to handle a stallion on premises.

Negative coggins is required and will be checked at the gate prior to admission - NO EXCEPTIONS

Please remember: if crossing any state-lines, it is law to have a health certificate from a Vet no more than 30 days prior to your travels.

The staff of BPC Productions, LLC, has the right to request a persons removal from premises for any behavior deemed irrational or irresponsible.

No outside food nor alcoholic beverages. We do allow food in for our campers
