Dixie is a 9 year old, reg APHA, mare. She stands 14.3 hh. Beautiful, broke little mare. Calm and forgiving, the same every day. Dixie has been ridden by children and adults. An all-around good horse. She could go track cattle or win ribbons in the show ring. This mare will go anywhere you point her and isn't spooky. She side passes, neck reins, backs, and has a nice stop. Great ground manners and loves attention. Laid back and quiet, but not lazy. She rides great on trails, in the woods, arena, or down the highway. Dixie will lead or follow in a group, or go out by herself. Never gets in a hurry, but moves out readily when asked. Dixie is easy to catch, clip, load, trailers quiet, ties well, good with her feet, easy to bridle, tack up, groom, and blanket. She is used to dogs, cars, atv's, motorcycles, farm equipment, semi-trucks, tarps, flags, bicycles, and much more. She will easily cross ditches, logs, bridges, and water.
