Please contact for price Gin is an 11 year old, APHA, mare. She stands 14.3 hh, just a hair under 15 hh. Gin is an amazing girl. When i got her, she hadn't been used in nearly two years. When I saddled her, she acted as though she had been ridden yesterday. I climbed on and immediately knew I had an amazing girl. Within a few minutes, we were slow loping and doing rollbacks. She stops beautifully on her back end. All of this being said, she is not for a brand new beginner. She has been very well trained, and responds as soon as you press the button. Don't worry, there is no buck or rear button, so she would be a little to quick for the type of rider who thinks that the horn is a handle. You don't have to be a cowboy to ride her, but if you are experienced enough to pitch off into a lope from a standstill, go a few strides, shut down and roll back and lope off the other way, you will feel like one. I don't want to scare anyone away, just being truthful. Get on her with confidence, and a little know how, just relax and enjoy the ride. Gin has a nice handle neck reins, side passes, lopes off nice and easy both ways, rolls back, and has an excellent stop and reverse. She has a smooth easy jog and a lope that is out of this world. She never fails to make me smile. Gin has been my personal horse for the past six months. I have really enjoyed riding this mare. She is super athletic, and very broke. She knows how to work and can get the job done. Quiet enough to go plod down the trail. Very stout girl. She gets attention everywhere we go with her good looks. Don't miss this beautiful girl.
