Mr.Darcy is one of the most amazing horse I have owned. I hate to sell him, but my college courses are just getting to busy for me to be able to give him the time and love he needs. He is a big puppy dog. I have mainly used him for trail riding. He is very sound. Hasn't spooked at anything! Will cross water and bridges. I have taken him to many different locations as well with traffic and bikers and he doesn't care at all. He has beautiful gaits. He always collects in his canter whether I ask him to or not. He is not speedy or lazy, he will go at any gait for as long or short as you want him to. Terrific ground manners. Great for farrier and vet. My little brothers and sisters have ridden him with me lunging him on a line, He is calm enough for prob, an intermediate rider who knows how to ride. He gets a long great with all horses, he is very submissive. He hasn't had any health or feet problems. Very easy keeper. This is a horse you do not want to miss! He is the perfect all around horse! I still can't believe at how calm and well behaved he is at such a young age! He is great in the arena or on trails and isn't barn sour. I have started him on poles and cross rails and he is very eager to please. He would make a great jumper, or a great all around pleasure riding horse. Please email for more photos!
