Quiet, happy, responsible middle-aged professional couple seeks temporary housing. Husband has been with Fortune 100 company for 15 years, has been relocated to Alpharetta for promotion. Wife telecommutes/works from home. In current mortgage market, and with time-sensitive relocation package, it would be great to find a furnished or unfurnished guest cottage or barn apartment to rent short-term while we sell our farm in Florida to free up credit and capital to repurchase in Georgia. Husband is conscientious but novice horseperson, wife has run facilities before and is experienced and willing to help out if needed. If anyone needs a farm sitter for an extended period, or someone to do night check, for example, we're your people. Our only complicating factor is three dogs two westies & spaniel - two old, one middle-aged, all well-behaved, house trained and zero destructive tendencies. They sleep a lot. :- Bringing one-two horses with us, which can be boarded elsewhere. Unsure how temporary our needs are, for the right place could be long-term. But if someone just wants to make extra money for 1-3 months, that would fit our needs too.
