38/F no kids non smoker do have 1 german shephard and 1 doxie which are my kids and they are kept very clean, very housebroken, inside dogs. GSD is very highly trained I bought her that way. Child safe. I rode all my life including Clemson Equ Team. I don't presently own a horse. RN by trade and worked for vets before RN. I have lupus so I am looking to pay rent. I have ss disability guaranteed income. I am very clean. I would love the opportunity to ride some, have soft hands and wont ruin your well trained horse. I can't do the backbreaking work anymore I did all my life. I need a/c and won't hardly run the heat in the winter. I am open to house sharing or in law suite. I am very private person don't need a babysitter or want one. I am always home with my dogs and take them when ever I can. I will crate them in my room if I can't take them and am very considerate of others and don't expect anyone to watch them for me. I am a dream renter hardly ever cook and keep to myself. I am very honest and always do the right thing even when no one is looking. I do own my own home but have it rented to good renters R/T divorce. Would love to be a riding buddy. I even still have my tack bc I can't let go of the dream. I have owned 3 horses and am familiar with how a farm operates and what a horse in distress looks like so I would be a good extra eye. I couldn't live with a smoker. I would leave the place nicer than I found it. Thank You, Tracy
