Our work and play draft horse farm in western Maine has an opening for a barn manager/assistant trainer. Duties include helping with daily chores, logging, and schooling drafts for work, sport, and show. Room, utilities, and most meals provided. Experience preferred but will train the right person or couple. Must enjoy and have a dedication to working with horses and the outdoors. Non-smokers only / no pets. Enjoying gardening, and skills with equipment and fencing a plus. Live-in working student and apprentice programs also available.
