- Corporation Stock: The real estate and the horse operation could be obtained by buying the stock of the corporation. This would have advantages as there would be little legal transactions and costs.
- Real Estate & Horse Operation Separately: The real estate could be purchased separately and mortgaged and the farm operation could be a separate business.
- Real Estate & Lease of Real Estate to KFI: The real estate could be purchased and leased back to Kateland Farm Inc.
