Able to provide living in a 3-bedroom, 1-1/2 bath bungalow to an individual or family in exchange for their willingness to assume a variety of duties in caring for a 40-stall horse boarding stable. Duties to include, but not limited to, AM and PM feedings, turnouts, and miscellaneous upkeep commonplace to a horse stabling environment. Must be physically able to handle 5 gallon water buckets, 50 pound grain sacks, and 45-60 pound hay bales. Will be called upon to use shovel, pick, and stiff rake in maintaining drainage ditches, riding areas, turnout areas, and clay aisle ways. Duties also to include cleaning, painting, picking up fallen tree branches, cutting grass, and raking leaves.

Do not apply if not committed to farm-style life where animals and emergencies do not take a day off.

Location of property is 5 minutes from Cleveland Hopkins Airport. Bungalow and stable are on same property.
