I am currently a student in college studying Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and I am providing riding lessons for this summer. I have been riding for 13 years and competing for 10 of them. I have trained under various professional trainers throughout my riding years. I have been trained in basic western and English riding, western pleasure, English equitation, western speed events, and jumping. I can instruct beginners on the basics of horse care and riding, as well as advanced riders on any of the disciplines mentioned above. I have experience instructing individuals from ages 6-26.
Opportunities are also available for coaching for competition. I can provide the chance to take part in horse shows over the summer as well as trips to local parks to partake in trail riding.
I currently can provide two horses for lessons. Both are exceptionally trained and work well with beginners. However they are both very skilled and athletic and can perform at more advanced levels. I am also willing to travel to assist in training at your home stable or boarding stable with your own horse.
Rates are as follows:
Private lesson per/hr: $30
Group Lesson per/hr: $20
All day horse show: Dependant on circumstances.
All day trail riding trip: Dependant on circumstances.
