Looking for small horse farm

I have been in the equine industry for 35 years. My wife and I just moved to Covington Virginia recently and are looking for a small farm for our show Appaloosas. We pasture 3-4 and need a min. 4 stall barn. The house does not need to be overly large as it is only the two of us. We are semi-retired and both currently work.
